Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying any and all taxes, National Insurance contributions, levies, or other governmental charges arising from any income, profits, commissions, or other earnings generated through their use of the Active Circle platform.

Active Circle does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice and makes no representations regarding users' tax obligations. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those administered by HMRC.

Active Circle shall not be liable for any failure by a user to comply with their tax or reporting obligations, nor for any penalties, interest, or liabilities imposed by any tax authority as a result of such failure.

Where users receive payments, commissions, or other financial benefits from third parties as a result of activities conducted through the Active Circle platform, such amounts shall be deemed the user's sole income and responsibility for tax purposes.

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the tax laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or operation.
